This has been a really tough phone - I've had it for about 3 years now. It's been dropped on pavement, gravel, steel, pretty much everywhere except in the water. There's a nice crack in the case and the metallic antenna tip coating is gone but it still works fine. My ONLY REAL complaint is no speakerphone.

Somewhat happy with the phone's features with one huge exception. The sound on this phone is just plain bad. It's even worse than that when your talking to someone else with the same phone. I'm amazed that Samsung allowed this phone to be released as is. My next phone WILL NOT BE A SAMSUNG!
