The D807 is very user friendly, speaker clarity is among the best I've come across. The battery life is exceptional, you can play your music for a couple of hours, and stillhave enough power to last for the day. Under normal use(ie. as a phone only, the battery easily lasts for 4-5 days). The camera pictures are reasonably clear(only 1.3mp), the screen is very bright and crisp, and the settings are also adjustable. The software program to edit your mp3's and downloaded pictures is easy to use and makes this phone completely personalizable. You can also make your own ringtunes using your downloaded mp3's. Bluetooth feature works flawlessly. Easily searches for any bluetooth phones or accessories with-in range.

My wife and I both have this phone, and both have the same issues. While it has nice features, it has the WORST speaker quality of any phone (over a dozen) we've owned. Plus, they drop calls and freeze so you can't end a call - still eating your monthly minutes. Cingular says it's more due to this model phone than their service. Lastly, I get so annoyed with the "predictive text" not being able to figure out simple words much of the time. We're looking for replacements now.
