I have had this phone for years; by far the best reception out of any cell phone I have had. It is great getting clear reception when other phones are fuzzy or don't get a signal. The alarm has sporadically malfunctioned 4 times over the 3 years I have had it and I use the alarm almost daily.

I love this phone so much its my first cell phone.I like the lighting on it and the buttons are easy to find. there are tons of games to play without having to download them. I just hate how fast i lose minutes!

great phone . loud ringer . great reception . long battery life.This is the stuff I care about and the 6010 excels at it . I don`t care about the other stuff , just making and receiving calls.This phone has a better and easier set up than my other phone.

this is a great phone good reception nice feel and great pictures the only complaint is that you cant download some songs for the ringtone

While the reception is great on this phone (much better than my two-year old Nokia 3XXX whatever), I've had issues with the alarm. My husband has the same phone, both phones are less than a month old, and the alarm malfunctioned in both of our phones about two weeks after we got them. Just stopped working. It started working again, then stopped working again. I'm going to try to get it replaced under warrantee. The other problem I have with the phone is that the buttons on the right and left at the top are hard to press. The edge of the screen gets in the way (especially if you have larger fingertips or any length of finger nails) and it's quite easy to hit the call or cancel button beneath the selector buttons. It's an okay phone, but I'd go for a Nokia with a better button configuration if I had the chance.

I am replacing my Sony Ericsson T610 with the Nokia 6010. The keys were too small on the T610, the reception was poor as well as the voice quality. Having my Nokia for a few days, It's like nite and day. The keys are much larger as is the entire phone. Reception and voice quality is great. I highly recommend this phone over the T610. Other pluses is the easy menu and voice dialing. Cons: The light that lights up the phone doesn't stay on long enough, no big deal.
